New brands have been also added to the company´s product portfolio, such as, Papadopoulos Cookies , Papadopoulos Multi cereal biscuits with 4 cereals, Papadopoulos Digestive, Mascot, Marie, Rondo, Papadopoulos Voutimata, Mama’s, Papadopoulos Butter cookies, Dolcini, Papadopoulos Cinnamon biscuits, Papadopoulos Speculoos biscuits, Papadopoulos Cheese Crackers, Papadopoulos Pick Crackers, Papadopoulos Batonettes, Papadopoulos Krakerakia, Twist, Papadopoulos Rusks, Krispies, Papadopoulos Mediterranean Taste and Papadopoulos Breadsticks.

- Ensures the wide distribution of its products through a network of 200 salesmen and merchandisers (sales representatives included)

FINANCIAL DATA
In 2009, the company achieved sales of € 117 million, remaining at the same level as last year. Earnings before taxes (EBT): € 14,1 million.
In 2009, the company keeps its leading position in the biscuit industry, a dynamic presence, which is further enhanced by several product launches that aim to satisfy growing consumer needs. Ιn the bread substitutes segment the company holds the second position having gained a significant share in the rusks category. Moreover, the company continues its dynamic international strategy to increase its penetration in the Organized Retail sector of the European Markets.

HUMAN RESOURCES
The company, which employs about 1000 people, is characterized by the consistent and sensitive way it handles the issues related to human resources. The human relations environment of the company allows the development of team working spirit, collaboration, initiatives and prospects of development and evolution.
The company, due to its industrial and commercial activities, covers almost all ranges of specialization both in administrative and technical-scientific personnel. The company executives, at all levels of hierarchy, are University or Technical College graduates and hold Master´s degrees from Greek or foreign universities.
The continuous training through educational programs and seminars is one of the company´s top priorities and one of the many ways to develop and promote the personnel’s skills and abilities and maintain the human resources´ strong competitive advantage.
