PAPADOPOULOS PETIT-BEURRE Smoothies
500ml milk 1,5% fat
500g mango
500g ice cubes made of fresh orange juice
1 vanilla
PREPARATION
- Peel the mango, cut it in small cubes and put it in the freezer.
- Fill ice trays with the orange juice and leave to freeze.
- Pour the milk in a blender, add the orange juice ice cubes, the frozen mango and the vanilla and beat the mixture for about 1´.
- Then add the biscuits which have been previously crumbled with a rolling-pin and then stir with a spoon.
- Pour the mixture in glasses and serve frozen.
- Divide the recipe according to the glass’s capacity.
