PAPADOPOULOS PETIT-BEURRE smoothies

Ingredients

For 5 glasses

PAPADOPOULOS PETIT-BEURRE Smoothies
500ml milk 1,5% fat
500g mango
500g ice cubes made of fresh orange juice
1 vanilla

PREPARATION

  1. Peel the mango, cut it in small cubes and put it in the freezer.
  2. Fill ice trays with the orange juice and leave to freeze.
  3. Pour the milk in a blender, add the orange juice ice cubes, the frozen mango and the vanilla and beat the mixture for about 1´.
  4. Then add the biscuits which have been previously crumbled with a rolling-pin and then stir with a spoon.
  5. Pour the mixture in glasses and serve frozen.
  6. Divide the recipe according to the glass’s capacity.
